11. And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
Ex 9.3Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain. ;
1Sam 5.6But the hand of the LORD was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods, even Ashdod and the coasts thereof. ;
12. Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.
13. Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem.
Fapt 15.38But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work. ;
14. But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down.
Fapt 16.13And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither. ;
Fapt 17.2And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures, ;
Fapt 18.4And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks. ;
15. And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on.
Luc 4.16And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. ;
Fapt 13.27For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. ;
Evr 13.22And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words. ;
16. Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience.
Fapt 12.17But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place. ;
Fapt 13.26-43Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent. ;
Fapt 10.35But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. ;
17. The God of this people of Israel chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they dwelt as strangers in the land of Egypt, and with an high arm brought he them out of it.
Deut 7.6-7For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. ;

Num 14.33-34And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcasses be wasted in the wilderness. ;
Ps 95.9-10When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work. ;
Fapt 7.36He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years. ;
19. And when he had destroyed seven nations in the land of Chanaan, he divided their land to them by lot.
Deut 7.1When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; ;
Ios 14.1-2And these are the countries which the children of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for inheritance to them. ;
Ps 78.55He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents. ;
20. And after that he gave unto them judges about the space of four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet.
1Sam 3.20And all Israel from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was established to be a prophet of the LORD. ;
